The main objective of this competition is to strengthen the cooperation between Chile and China in astronomy, through the inclusion of young researchers with doctorate degree, by conducting research proposals in Chilean institutions, with the possibility of continuing in China. Thus contribute to scientific development, strengthened by the participation of both countries
